Water (per unit rates for residential use): 
1 UNIT = 100 CUBIC FEET = 748 GALLONS
1-10 units of water used - $2.32 per unit
11+ units - $4.18 per unit
 

*Plus Residential Water Service Charge (depending on your meter size):
5/8" x 3/4" meter size - $26.56 per month
3/4" meter size - $28.66 per month
1" meter size - $36.72 per month
 

*Plus Residential Wastewater Service Charge
$45.55 per month

*FIXED MONTHLY CHARGES: ZERO WATER USAGE WILL STILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM BILL OF:

• $72.11 for a 5/8 x 3/4 meter
• $74.21 for a 3/4" meter
• $82.27 for a 1" meter​
