Robert Bumpass has been a resident of Vandenberg Village since 2010. Originally from Texas, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas at Arlington and after moving to California in 2008, he obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
Robert is proud to serve on the Vandenberg Village Community Services District Board of Directors and believes that protecting our water resources and ensuring reliable wastewater services is of the utmost importance.
