4. PUBLIC FORUM:

Members of the public wishing to address the Finance/Budget Committee on matters within the jurisdiction of the District may do so when recognized by the Committee chairperson. Please begin by stating your name and place of residence.

5. DISCUSSION ITEMS

A.    Investments: Receive presentation from Jerry Legg, Senior Director of Investment Services, California CLASS. Consider transferring a portion of investments to the California CLASS investment pool. 

B.    Capacity Charges: Review current fees and charges and discuss future increases. Consider recommending changes to the current Ordinance.
