Step-by-Step Instructions to
Pay by Credit Card
1. Click on PAY BILL on the menu to the left (a new window will open)
2. Enter your Customer ID and Route Number (click here to see where they can be found on your bill) and click Submit.
3. Click Pay Bill
4. Verify that you are paying the Bill for the Location listed and click Yes.
5. Input the following information:
Select Card radio button
Auto Payment (if you want your bill automatically paid each month, choose Yes)
Billing Option (if you want your bill emailed to you each month, select Ebill)
Your email address (an email address is required, if you do not have one, you can create a free account at http://yahoo.com or http://gmail.com)
Create a password (must be six characters in length)
Reenter the password
Choose password recovery questions from the two pulldown lists and type in the answers.
Mother's Maiden Name
Father's Name
Pet Name
Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
Driver's License Number
Zip Code
Enter the credit card details listed below
Type of Credit Card (only Visa and MasterCard are accepted)
Credit Card Number
Card Verification Value (3 digit number on back of card)
Expiration Date
First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip should be filled in automatically. Verify that the information matches the billing information for the credit card being used.
Store Credit Card Details? (if you want to use this credit card later or for automatic payment, check Yes)
6. Click Submit button at bottom of page
