Step-by-Step Instructions to
Pay by Check
1. Click on PAY BILL on the menu to the left (a new window will open)
2. Enter your Customer ID and Route Number (click here to see where they can be found on your bill) and click Submit.
3. Click Pay Bill
4. Verify that you are paying the Bill for the Location listed and click Yes.
5. Input the following information:
Select Check radio button
Auto Payment (if you want your bill automatically paid each month, choose Yes)
Billing Option (if you want your bill emailed to you each month, select Ebill)
Your email address (an email address is required, if you do not have one, you can create a free account at http://yahoo.com or http://gmail.com)
Create a password (must be six characters in length)
Reenter the password
Choose password recovery questions from the two pulldown lists and type in the answers.
Mother's Maiden Name
Father's Name
Pet Name
Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
Driver's License Number
Zip Code

Enter Check Number, Bank Routing Code, and Bank Account Number in empty fields of simulated check. (click the Help button for assistance in finding these numbers on your check)

First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Phone Number should be filled in automatically. Verify that the information matches the billing information for the checking account being used.

Store Check Details? (if you want to use this checking account later or for automatic payment, check Yes)
8. Enter the check details listed below

To pay by check online, be sure to use the Account Number listed on your check and NOT your Member Number. If you have any questions, please call us at 733-2475.
